Local music artist grateful for the support she receives from music lovers

Diepsloot songwriter and vocalist Neo Kok writes:

My name is Neo Kok also known as Neonenekok in music and in the entertainment industry.

I was born in the North West Province in a town called Mafikeng and moved to Diepsloot township at a very tender age.

I am versatile and professional music artist and songwriter who loves music and the art industry at large.

My singing and music journey started at a very young age at church and Ias involved in the school choir and I represent my school at the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown in 2017.

I regard myself as someone who represents talent in all sorts of ways and I am also known as not only as a singer but as a dancer and also a model.

In 2018 I recorded my first track which gave me the experience and understating what it means to be an artist and I started to write my own music.

A local pub known as Mome’s Place recenty offered me their stage to perform and raise funds to shoot my first music video for my single track called Thando

This song has received air play on different TV and radio stations and received a positive response from music lovers.

I perform in different social events, including corporate events.
