Toyota Easter Festival brings equestrian to community

Kyalami Equestrian Park played host to a number of local and international equestrian riders at the Toyota Easter Festival.

Local residents, equestrian fans and riders from across the African continent recently attended the annual Toyota Easter Festival.

Toyota sponsored the event at Kyalami Equestrian Park for the second year in a row. Shows and activities ran from April 1 to 10, with a number of activities to enjoy during the week. The show has run since 1975.

Some of these included an equestrian fancy dress, the pony rider Toyota SA Outdoor Grand Prix, showing classes showcasing the best of their horses, and much more.
Highlight performances were from the Toyota A1.50m SA Outdoor Grand Prix and SA Junior Outdoor Grand Prix. Winners of each were Jessica Jane Prince on Prism, and Holly Smith riding Capital Clarissimo respectively.
