That’s the idea behind KFC Rewards, the loyalty programme built into the KFC app that flips the traditional rewards model. Instead of simply collecting points based on how much you spend, KFC Rewards is designed around your interests and engagement, connecting your KFC obsession with the other things you love.

You might be a gamer who loves KFC, a fashion fanatic with a weakness for zinger wings, or a music lover with late-night cravings. KFC Rewards recognises those different passions and turns them into opportunities to unlock rewards that feel genuinely relevant.

Three missions. Free KFC.

Getting started is simple. Download or update the KFC app, head to the Rewards tab and select Join now. Membership is free.

Each month, members receive three simple, personalised missions in the app. These could include updating information on your profile, ordering a particular KFC favourite or placing a set number of orders during the month.

Complete all three missions before the deadline and you can choose from four available KFC meal rewards. Missions are personalised using information such as your profile, preferences and previous order activity, helping make the experience more relevant to you.

Then come the drops

Free KFC is only part of the story. On the 11th of every month at 11:00, KFC Rewards releases Special Missions; limited drops that give members the chance to unlock sought-after rewards and experiences across music, gaming, fashion, lifestyle and sporting events.

We’re talking concert tickets, gaming consoles, artist collaborations, exclusive event experiences, limited-edition sneakers and merchandise drops. These rewards are available for a limited time and may be limited in quantity, giving members a good reason to check what’s dropping in the app each month.

It’s a different take on loyalty: instead of accumulating invisible points, your KFC obsession can open the door to the other things you care about. As KFC puts it: one app, all your passions feeding into each other.

Rewards worth sharing

KFC Rewards can go beyond what you unlock for yourself, too. Selected rewards may be shared with friends and family, while members may also have the option to contribute the value of selected rewards to Add Hope, KFC’s initiative helping provide meals to children in need across South Africa.
