“The children were so inspired,” said principal Kopano Dandala. “Many of them shared, afterwards, how brave they wanted to be, just like the characters in the story. As a school, we hope to nurture values such as courage, kindness, and respect, and special events like this give children real-life role models to look up to, and inspire them to believe in their own voices.”
The morning was filled with laughter, love, and important lessons. By weaving courage and hope into storytelling, Patel left the children with the powerful reminder that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, even the very smallest among us.
