Kyalami Corner revolutionises workout routines

The ultimate fitness fusion event combines spinning, rebounding, and live Music at Kyalami Corner.

Kyalami Corner invites residents for an unforgettable experience, as they blend the adrenaline-pumping energy of spinning bicycles and rebounders with the electrifying sounds of a live band.

The event will take place in the upper-level parking area just outside Virgin Active on April 6.

Daphney Teffo, marketing manager at Kyalami Corner, said they want to revolutionise the workout routine of the residents with a dynamic fusion of cardio, strength training, and live music.

She said they collaborated with The Fitness Group for this exciting event.

“Be prepared to sweat, smile, and unleash your inner rockstar as you embark on a fitness journey like no other. Participants will have the chance to pedal to the rhythm of their favourite tunes during high-energy spinning sessions led by top-notch instructor Michelle Gordon-Watt from The Sweat Shack.

“Feel the beat pulsating through your veins as you tackle challenging hills, sprint through intervals, and push your limits to new heights. The event will have two sessions, with one at 08:15 and the other one at 09:15.

The excitement does not stop there – participants should also be ready for a workout with exhilarating sessions on rebounders, all while being serenaded by the live band, Walking Down Essex.

“With every bounce and jump, you’ll feel the music coursing through your body, energizing you to reach new levels of fitness and fun. We’re thrilled to bring this innovative fitness experience to Kyalami Corner for our patron’s convenience,” said Teffo.
