Railway dagga dealer behind bars

Germiston SAPS catch dagga dealer.

The Germiston SAPS arrested a 47-year-old man for dealing in dagga, in Germiston, recently.

The Germiston cluster task team went to search the man’s house after Const Jacob Lebelo received information that the man sold dagga from his house on Lambert Street.

WO André de Jager, communications officer for the Germiston SAPS said the officers found 6.8kg of dagga.

“Some of it was already packed in match boxes,” added de Jager.

“R1 183 was also found on him.

The money found with the dagga dealer at his house.

“The station commander would like to congratulate constables Jacob Lebelo, Eric Nkwana and Sandile Mbatha for their good work.”

The man was detained at the Germiston Police Station holding cells.
He is expected to appear at the Germiston Magistrates Court soon.
