Bake your dog a “dog cake” and enter a fun contest at the Petsday celebration, on October 5, at Goldfield’s Kennel Club, at Gillooly’s Farm, in Bedfordview.
“Celebrity” dogs will judge the contest.
The contest is part of a drive by “Yelp”, an animal charity organisation, to establish an annual “Petsday”.
The initiative is being launched with the Petsday celebration on October 5.
They also invite pet lovers to join their “Pet-tition” campaign to promote the cause.
Bring your pets along, whether it is a tarantula, a gecko, snake, tiger, cat, dog, rabbit or whatever, and come celebrate with them.
There is an entrance fee.
