Two nabbed for suspected stolen goods

The Primrose police recently arrested two suspects, aged 26 and 35, on Hollins Road, for possession of suspected stolen goods.

“This happened when our police were patrolling in Malvern East and noticed two suspicious-looking men carrying iron fencing; the officers searched them, but could not find anything else,” said the communications officer for the Primrose SAPS, Const Styles Maome.

When the police asked them about the iron fencing they allegedly could not explain from where they obtained it.

“When our police asked them for the receipt they could not produce one, so the police arrested them and detained them at the Primrose Police Station,” said Maome.
