The Primrose SAPS have asked the community to be on the lookout for the following vehicles:
- A silver Mercedes-Benz, with an unknown registration number.
This vehicle is believed to be transporting three armed men.
- A silver VW Jetta, with an unknown registration number.
This vehicle is also believed to be used by three armed men.
- A red VW Polo, the vehicle’s registration number is unknown.
The vehicle is being used by three armed men.
All three these vehicles have been used in a series of armed robberies in the Primrose area.
“We believe that the same three suspects are changing between the three vehicles, as the technique used in all the reported robberies is the same,”said communications officer for the Primrose police, Const Styles Maome. .
“The community is warned not to try to stop the vehicles, as their occupants are heavily armed.
“Rather report any sightings to the Primrose Police Station, or the sector patrol vehicles.”
