Germiston police are on the hunt for a man accused of rape.
They were alerted to the incident by the victim, who explained to officers that she worked at a local night club.
When her shift was over, she was waiting for her transport home, as she always did, when a silver car, with four occupants, approached her and offered her a lift home.
She agreed to the lift and gave the men her husband’s phone number, so that they could call him for directions to their home.
On route to her home the driver abruptly stopped the car and the four men dragged her out of the vehicle, to some nearby bushes, where one of them raped her.
When he was finished, all four got into the car and sped away, leaving her alone.
The victim was able to give police a description of her attacker.
She described him as a 30 to 35-year-old man, with short hair, dark eyes and a dark complexion.
He is tall and thin with no visible scars, tattoos or distinguishing marks.
At the time of the attack he was wearing black pants and a black jacket.
He spoke Ndebele, in what the victim described as a harsh voice.
