Afrikaanse Hoërskool Germiston held a successful festival on Saturday, August 2.
The day proved to be a great outing for the whole family.
The festival took place on the sports fields at the school, from 8am to 3pm.
Activities included displays of drum majorettes, gymnastics, rugby and dances by the Dinky Dolly children, a live performance by John Perkins and many more.
Wits Rifles (SANDF) also attended the event and mounted an exhibition of weapons and vehicles, which proved to be a hit with both young and old.
