Community to pray for their children

Calling all those who care for the Dukathole community.

A special prayer meeting will be held in Dukathole on September 7, at 1pm.

The event will take place at Ekurhuleni Primary School and members of the public are welcome to attend.

The prayer event is being held due to the many deaths of children in Dukathole due to the following:

  • Illegal connections of electricity.
  • Rodent control management.
  • Negligence.
  • Substance abuse.
  • Other social ills in the community.

“We will be also praying for the development of Dukathole, as it is one of the oldest townships in Ekurhuleni, ”said Ward 35 councillor Mbuyiseli Xakambana. .

“Dukathole is 108 years old now and deserves consideration by the Gauteng and Ekurhuleni governments.”
