The metro informs residents and businesses in Germiston of a planned electricity supply interruption scheduled for tomorrow, November 1, from 6am to 6pm.
The planned power outage is due to necessary maintenance work to be done at the Technical College Substation.
The areas to be affected are North, South and West Germiston, Driehoek, Simmerfield, Jupiter and Germiston Extension One, Three, Four, Seven, Eight, Nine and 17.
Residents are urged to treat all electrical network points and equipment as electrically alive at all times.
The municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused by the interruption.
