Fabulously festive berry cocktail

Quick, easy and refreshing.

The perfect drink for any Christmas party.

Preparation time: 10 miutes

You will need:

• 1/2 cup of frozen berry/cherry juice
• 1 tot ice cold vodka per cocktail
• 1 bottle of sparkling wine

• fresh berries or cherries for garnish

You will then:

Break up the frozen juice with a fork and place 1 heaped teaspoon frozen berry juice in a champagne flute.

Add one tot vodka to each glass and top up with bubbly.

Garnish with a berry/cherry and serve immediately.
