Reaching for the stars

Youngsters can follow their dreams thanks to bursaries.

Three Katlehong youngsters, Simphiwe Banda, Busisiwe Masangemi and Kabelo Choma, have each been awarded an all-expenses paid scholarship from the Peermont Education Trust.

At a recent function at Emperors Palace the three got to know trustee and Peermont corporate affairs and CSI executive Vusi Zwane after receiving their official scholarship letters.

Apart from having their tuition and accommodation costs paid, and receiving pocket money, they also each received a laptop and stationary pack.

Kabelo will be studying a BSc mathematical science, Simphiwe will do a Bsc chemical engineering and Busisiwe a BSc biological science, all at Wits.
