The Katlehong South police arrested 14 suspects for various offences on Tuesday, June 7.
The suspects were arrested during a routine stop-and-search operation held by the Katlehong South police’s crime prevention unit officers.
Charges included: trespassing, malicious damage to property, common assault, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, robbery, warrant of arrest, domestic violence and for being in possession of dagga.
All of the accused appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court, where their cases were postponed for different reasons.
