The Katlehong police continued their crime prevention efforts in the area with a stop-and-search operation on Wednesday.
During the operation held by the Crime Prevention Unit six suspects were arrested.
The accused were arrested on various charges, including shoplifting, malicious damage to property, common assault, rape and the possession of dagga.
All of the arrested suspects are expected to appear in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court soon.
