Primrose police arrest 30

The Primrose police share their latest arrest statistics.

The Primrose police arrested 30 suspects from August 22 to 28 through several operations, including work with the EMPD.

This is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the station.

The accused were arrested on several charges including possession of drugs, housebreaking and theft, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, driving under the influence of alcohol, shoplifting, malicious damage to property, contempt of court, dealing in liquor without a licence, theft and intimidation.

The Primrose SAPS station commander, Col Albertina Vesi, thanked everyone who contributed to these successes.

Most of the suspects have appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court and their cases have been postponed for various reasons, while others will appear in court soon.
