The Primrose police shared their most recent arrest statistics.
According to the statistics 13 suspects were arrested in the Primrose area from January 30 to February 5.
The accused were arrested on different charges.
Charges included, dealing in liquor without a licence, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, malicious damage to property, common assault, possession of an unlicensed firearm and negligent handling of a firearm.
The Primrose police’s station commander, Col Albertina Vesi, thanked everyone who contributed to these successes.
Most of the suspects have appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court and their cases have been postponed for various reasons, while others will appear in court soon.
