Video of the week – Paddlers tackle VLC Night Race
Despite the dreary weather the annual VLC Night Race was a huge hit with 80 paddlers taking to the water.

The dark clouds looming overhead and icy rain didn’t dampen the spirits of the 80 paddlers who took to the water in the VLC Night Race, hosted by the Victoria Lake Canoe Club, at Germiston Lake, recently. The weather meant that paddlers set off into choppy waters, however, the water soon settled and competitors were able to enjoy a pleasant evening paddle.
