Seven arrested in daily stop-and-search
Katlehong police and detectives from the Katlehong Police Station hold successful stop-and-search.
During a recent stop-and-search in Katlehong seven suspects were arrested.
The accused were arrested on various charges during the operation conducted by members of the Katlehong Crime Prevention Unit and detectives from the Katlehong Police Station.
Suspects were charged with various crimes, which included, common assault, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, domestic violence and possession of dagga.
All of the accused appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court, where their cases were postponed for various reasons.
