Katlehong SAPS starts the day with prayer

A prayer service was held at the Katlehong Police Station hall on Friday, June 9, to pray for the protection of the police.

The prayer was led by Pastor Mncube of Katlehong Emmanuel Wesleyan Church, who delivered the word of God to the entire staff. He prayed for the police to be protected against criminals and delivered a motivational speech.

Communications official at Katlehong Police Station, Capt Mega Ndobe, said all the police station staff members started the day in high spirits thanks to the prayer service.

Ndobe thanked the station commander, Brig Phumla Mdlankomo, for her dedication to serving the community of Katlehong.

“If all members in the force put in similar efforts, there is no doubt that criminals will be defeated,” said Ndobe.

He said a lot can be achieved by working together.
