Do it today on Fight Procrastination Day

Stop delaying and celebrate Fight Procrastination Day today.

Procrastination can really be the bane of our existence — with another day just around the corner, there is no real reason we can’t put something off until tomorrow, is there now?

Of course not! Tomorrow has another tomorrow, so let us do it again.

It is this thought that results in absolutely nothing getting done.

We know good and well that we are procrastination personified and out to get ourselves.

But what can we do?

Today (Wednesday) is Fight Procrastination Day – the day that reminds us it is up to us to beat this monster.

Only we can decide to get up and get done today what was supposed to be done yesterday.

Fight Procrastination Day encourages us to take up arms and start battling the age-old beast that prefers to put things off.

The fight against procrastination has been going on a long time, and there have been some really creative methods created to fight it – to varying degrees of success.

Wondering how to celebrate Fight Procrastination Day?

You can celebrate it by getting ready to avoid putting things off all day long.

You can start by preparing for the following day the night before.

Set yourself an alarm, get rid of your distractions, set up your workspace, and be ready to hit the ground running when you get up in the morning.

If you are trying to make sure you are ready for work, simply set your breakfast, fill the urn for coffee and lay out the towels for the morning shower, the night before.

Prepare everything so your way out the door happens faster and there is nothing to prevent you from arriving early.
