Primrose stall owner allegedly assaulted

Police arrest man for assault GBH in Primrose.

After allegedly being hit on the head with a brick recently in Primrose, a man opened a case against a 29-year-old man.

The complainant, who runs his own business, alleged that he was at his stall when he noticed a man, together with his friend, who owed him money.

“He approached the man and asked him when he was going to pay back his money,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose SAPS.

“The man’s friend apparently started swearing at the complainant and the accused allegedly picked up a brick and struck the complainant on the head causing him serious injury.”
