Heavenly Flowers Private School is in the mood for a celebration.
And with due cause as the school is celebrating its 10th anniversary of learning this month.
The Big Birthday Bash is set to take place on October 28 at the Lambton NG Church situated on the corner of Second Avenue and First Street, in Lambton.
Events will kick off at 8.30am until late and the day is sure to be lots of fun for the entire family.
There will be food and cold drinks available to keep you nourished while you enjoy flea market stalls, boeresports, a colour run, sack races, a pram race, obstacle courses, a “fear factor” obstacle course, soccer matches, a three-legged race and much more.
Grandparents Day will be incorporated into the birthday bash and the elderly will be treated to a special day out.
Owner of Heavenly Flowers Heidi Searle said she is excited about the event.
Heavenly Flowers gets its name from Heidi’s daughter’s name, Dianthé. which means ‘heavenly flowers’.
If you look closely at the school’s logo, you will see that the faces in the flowers are that of Dianthé from when she was younger.

Now 10 years old, the school is growing with Dianthé.
“Our primary school is up and running and offers education to children from Grade R to Grade Seven.
“The school is my life and passion and I am dedicated to the education of children in the community,” said Heidi.
The primary school, although a private school, is approved by the Department of Education and follows the government education system.
“It is not a home-schooling centre,” Heidi said.
