Suspect arrested for murder in Katlehong
Katlehong SAPS are investigating a murder that took place in Siluma View, Katlehong, on Friday, December 1.
Communications official at Katlehong SAPS, Cst Sivenkosi Mtwa, confirmed the murder of a 33-year-old man.
“For now the investigation has revealed that the complainant was on duty when he received a call from Ramokonopi Clinic about his family member, who was lying in a pool of blood in the clinic bed,” Mtwa said
“He had one wound on the left upper body and three wounds in the left back,” Mtwa reports.
He said the doctors declared the victim dead on arrival.
“The suspect, a 27-year-old, man was arrested,” said Mtwa.
The investigation continues.
The suspect is expected to appear in the Palm Ridge court soon.
