Thunder MMA have some fun at community flea market

Copper Canyon Spur host fun-filled a community flea market.

Copper Canyon Spur hosted a community flea market, last Saturday.

The market, held in the Spur’s parking lot, had something for everyone with a variety of stalls and entertainment for the children.

Elsburg-based Thunder MMA also hosted a women’s fitness challenge, as well as MMA wrestling and boxing classes and demonstrations.

The youngsters were the first to take to the mat smiling as they learned and demonstrated a number of anti-bullying techniques.

After the youngsters had cleared the floor the high-energy and fast-paced fitness challenge got underway.

Elsburg-based Thunder MMA attended Copper Canyon Spur’s community flea market, last Saturday, hosting a women’s fitness challenge, as well as MMA wrestling and boxing classes and demonstrations. Here the women, who participated in the challenge, share a smile.

The fun and action didn’t stop there with the women showing what they were made of in the boxing ring.

Before the day ended a number of Thunder MMA’s more experienced students showcased their skills.

“A big thank you to all participants and supporters who came out and enjoyed the day with us and Copper Canyon Spur,” said Thunder MMA head coach, Pietie Coxen.
