The Primrose police are appealing to the community to help with information that could lead to the arrest of the perpetrators responsible for the death of a Makause informal settlement woman.
Police were alerted to the incident last Monday.

“When officers arrived on scene, members of the community pointed to a woman lying on a bed in a nearby shack,” explained Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.
“She had bruises on her neck and all over her body.
“Paramedics were summoned to the scene and declared her dead.”
The police are searching for the victim’s boyfriend, known as Silva, to assist in the investigation.

“We appeal to anyone who might have information that will help with the arrest and prosecution of the perpetrators of this crime to come forward,” said Maome.
