The Primrose police arrested 19 suspects between November 28 and December 4.
This is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the station.

The accused were charged with a number of different offences.
Charges included possession of drugs, driving under the influence of alcohol, common assault, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, domestic violence, shoplifting, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, use of a motor vehicle without the owner’s permission, shoplifting, defeating the ends of justice and contempt of court.

Primrose SAPS station commander Col Albertina Vesi thanked everyone who contributed to the successful arrests.
Most of the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court, where their cases were postponed for various reasons, while others paid admission of guilt fines at the station and were released
