Rest-a-While members showered with love on Valentine’s Day

Rest-a-While Service Centre for the Elderly celebrated Valentine’s Day with a fun-filled morning of singing and dancing.

Love was in the air on Friday as the city celebrated Valentine’s Day.

Rest-a-While Service Centre for the Elderly showered its members with lots of love at a fun-filled morning complete with entertainment by young, local singer Vincent Gordon.

Guests also enjoyed a number of tasty treats, served to them in the beautifully decorated dining room of the centre.

Rest-a-While manager Trudy Carreira was thrilled with the turnout and success of the event and looks forward to more fun-filled events at the centre throughout the year.

Trudy also hopes that successful functions such as these will help to grow membership.
