Help find deceased’s families

Officials at the Thelle Mogoerane Hospital in Vosloorus are appealing to relatives of deceased people whose bodies remain unclaimed at the hospital?s mortuary to come forward.

According to the hospital’s communications officer, Joseph Monaheng, efforts by the hospital to trace the families and relatives of the deceased have proved futile.

We are appealing to all Kathorus community members to help us trace relatives of the deceased to come forward and arrange for the removal of the remains of their loved ones to mortuaries of their choice for a proper and dignified burial, said Monaheng.

According to Monaheng, the deceased was either accompanied to the hospital by a close friend, girlfriend, a spouse or a relative whose name was given as the next of kin.
