Construction work leads to road closures in CBD
The contractor said the work should take about two months.
J&J Cable Jointing is a contractor for Eskom on the route from Simmerpan to Germiston Munic substation responsible for the refurbishment of a high voltage oil-filled cable to a 132kV XLPE single core cable.
To facilitate the construction work there will be road closures on President, Human and Odendaal streets for approximately two months.
The contractor apologies for any inconvenience the construction may cause to motorists and residents alike.
