Learners do their part for Mandela Month

St Andrew’s School for Girls’ pre-school learners and Saturday School, uBambiswano learners, did their part for Mandela Month.

The learners coloured in pictures of Madiba in honour of Mandela Day, while uBambiswano learners did a book collection for their partner school.

The book collection served as a way for the learners to share their passion and belief that education is more than numeracy and literacy.

They believe education can shape a person’s life and have a far-reaching impact on families and communities and gives people and communities hope.
