Long-serving SAPS members honoured

On October 21, the management of the Katlehong SAPS, led by Brig Albertina Vesi, gathered all their finest men and women in blue and honoured them with service medals.

It was the wish of Vesi that all frontline workers should be recognised and awarded with medals and certificates for their loyalty to the police services. The recipients were police members who served for 10 years in the SAPS.

During the ceremony, Vesi said, “You are now legends, experts as well as our future leaders within this organisation. I am expecting to see you serving our communities with pride and enthusiasm for the benefit of SAPS.”
