Police members acknowledged for years of service
Station commander Col Linah Thethe said members should be proud of themselves for the work they do.
Elsburg Police Station’s management rewarded its members with medals and certificates for 10 years of service in the SAPS.
Elsburg SAPS spokesperson Sgt Dapheny Phooko said the station commander honoured members who have been loyal to the organisation at an event on November 4.
“Members received medals for years of service and the certificate as an appreciation for the officers’ committment to the SAPS,” said Phooko.
Station commander Col Linah Thethe said members should be proud of themselves for the work they do.
“It says a lot about the members as it is an honour for a person to be in an organisation for 10 years,” said Thethe.
She urged the officers to continue with rendering service with discipline.
