Water supply restored to some affected Germiston areas

Planned water interruption postponed for Germiston.

The City of Ekurhuleni has worked tirelessly to reduce the backlog in Germiston following an explosion at Rand Water’s Palmiet Booster Pump Station on Sunday which left several areas without water.

The following areas are still outstanding and will be attended tomorrow morning:

– Symhurst

– Woodmere

– Primrose (Shoprite)

All affected customers are urged to take out their 240L wheelie bins for easy collection.
