The family of the late Hendriena “Drienie” Smit thanked those who came forward with information.
The GCN previously published an article in which her twin sister, Erenskie Greeff, urged the parents of learners who were transported to school by Drienie to come forward.
Erenskie said numerous people reached out to her since the article was published.

“Thank you to those who have came forth already. I hope to get more to contact me,” she said.
