Burning Stars receives new jerseys

"The donations could not have come at a better time, as it is not a secret that we needed the jersey.”

There is a saying that goes “umuntu ngumntu nga bantu”, which translates to “I am, because we are”, in appreciation of good deeds by another.

Primrose football team Burning Stars recently received support from a local printing company, which requested to remain anonymous.

However, the team openly welcomed the donations of new yellow jerseys.

Sidwel Makgatho, Burning Stars FC senior head coach, said the players will now look like a team.

“The donations could not have come at a better time, as it is not a secret that we needed the jersey.

“It is with warm hearts that we welcome the kit and we wish the donor more prosperity in their business going forward,” said Makgatho.
