Clr Jean Ingram welcomed a new team of elected Ward 39 ward committee members on March 28.

The committee is expected to serve during the next five years.

She will work closely with the team to deliver services in the ward.

The ward committee members and their portfolios are:
• Nyoko Kea – faith-based organisations
• Gladys Mthembu – women and children
• Katleho Masombuka – youth
• Musa Zulu – disability and elderly
• Quintus Vliet – community safety
• John Diamond – sports, heritage, arts and culture department
• Juanita Horn – environment
• Ramosele Sethibe – economic development
• Tanya Kupke – infrastructure
• Izele Senol – health
