Germiston SAPS hosted an awareness campaign about smash-and-grabs at the corner of Tide and Knights roads next to Good Hope informal settlement on April 5.

“Motorists using these roads received pamphlets aimed at creating awareness and advise them how to be vigilant,” said Germiston SAPS spokesperson Maxwell Mabunda.

He said they hope the motorist they have reached on the day will be careful when driving in these areas.
