Q: What do you love about your township? What sets it apart from other townships?

What I love about my kasie is that is near the national road N3, so it’s a township you will pass no matter what. What sets it apart from other townships is that we have so much potential bubbling underground when it comes to sports and art.

Q: What is your favourite family location in your township?

Germiston Lake. It boasts a beautiful view of the lake and a lot of recreational activities.

Q: What is your favourite eating spot?

Tumis Roadhouse, the service is quick and amazing. Most importantly it is a walking distance from where I stay.
Q: What changes would you like to see in your township?

The mindset of the community. We need to stop waiting for outsiders to effect change in our community. We just have to be united and take our kasi forward.

Another thing I would like to change is the habit of illegal dumping. It places people’s health at risk.
