Mobile clinic offers screening in Wadeville

These services aim to promote early detection and prevention of common health conditions while empowering individuals to take control of their health.

Rhiza Babuyile, in partnership with Redefine, is set to launch a comprehensive health and wellness programme in Wadeville, running from May 13 to June 13.

The initiative aims to address healthcare needs in underserved communities by offering essential medical services free of charge.

The mobile clinic will be stationed at 239 Wadeville Road, Germiston, providing residents with convenient access to vital healthcare services.

Project coordinator Nadira Sukdeo extended a warm invitation to the community, emphasising the programme’s commitment to supporting the Department of Health and improving accessibility to healthcare services.

Sukdeo outlined the range of services available at the clinics, including HIV counseling and testing, vital observations such as blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose testing, weight and BMI assessments, cholesterol checks, eye screenings, and prostate cancer screening and testing.

These services aim to promote early detection and prevention of common health conditions while empowering individuals to take control of their health.

Rhiza Babuyile, through its Mpathy Clinics, serves as a private primary healthcare provider dedicated to uplifting communities by delivering dignified and efficient healthcare services.
