TV dreams come true for Germiston’s Naledi Lifuwa

Lifuwa said growing up, she always aspired to see herself on TV, not just for personal fulfillment but also to inspire her peers that with dedication and perseverance, they can achieve their goals.

Naledi Lifuwa, a rising star from Germiston, recently shared exciting news on social media about her appearance on SABC 2’s popular national drama, Muvhango.

She featured in episodes 187 and 188 of season 26, marking a significant milestone in her acting career.

Muvhango has been entertaining audiences for years, exploring the lives of the Mukwevho family and other characters in a dramatic narrative filled with fresh storylines and intense drama.

Naledi Lifuwa recently appeared on the latest episode of Muvhango.

“When I finally landed my first TV appearance, it felt like a dream come true. The experience was exhilarating, and it reignited my passion for acting.

“I realised that formal training would be essential in helping me hone my craft, build confidence, and gain valuable insights into the world of theatre and onscreen play,” said Lifuwa.

“My loved ones were overjoyed and surprised by my TV debut, and their reactions were a testament to the power of following one’s dreams.

“When the cameras rolled, I initially felt a surge of fear, but I took a deep breath and reminded myself that I was there to showcase my talent.

“In that moment, my fear dissipated, and I was able to perform with confidence.”

The Driehoek resident said she was deeply inspired by professional actresses who brought their characters to life with such dedication and precision.
