Probus SA is an association of retired and semi-retired people who join together in autonomous clubs found around SA and throughout the world.

The organisation provides an environment for all retirees to participate in various events, caters for their fellowship needs and has an atmosphere where they can mix with like-minded people who, in retirement, appreciate and value opportunities to meet others in similar circumstances.

“Probus concentrates mainly on networking, having fun and total relaxation,” said Colleen Walker of Probus.

“If you feel the need for friendly company, then Probus is for you. I urge elderly residents in Germiston to join us,” said Walker.

The club meets at the Majestic Nursery in Lambton on the corner of Webber and Cachet roads.
