2.The Rules of this auction and a full advertisement is available 24 hours before the auction at the office of the Sheriff Palm Ridge situated at Sheriff`s sale room situated at 39a Louis Trichardt Street, Alberton North.
3.Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:

3.2 FICA – legislation i.r.o proof of identity and address particulars.
