Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 24(G) read together with Section 24(F) of the National Environmental Management Amendment Act, 2004 (Act No. 8 of 2004) (NEMA) (as amended). The Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (GDARD) is considering an application for the rectification by Diversey SA in terms of Sections 24(G) and 24(F) of the National Environmental Management Amendment Act, 2004 (Act No. 8 of 2004) (as amended) for the unlawful commencement of the activities identifies in terms of Environmental Impact Assessment EIA, 2014,( as amended dated 07 April 2017).)
NATURE OF OPERATIONS:
Innovative Water Care (Pty) Ltd has stored its final dangerous goods in an authorized area for such activities, triggering the S24G violation for the unlawful commencement and storage of dangerous goods.
