Fireball ready for The Bomb
Grant Fourie in his first Premier Boxing League challenge.
Hot action is expected when Primrose’s Grant “The Fireball” Fourie takes on Xolisana “The Bomb” Ndongeni, in East London, on Thursday.
This will be Fourie’s first Premier Boxing League (PBL) fight.
The fight should be a major encoungter, as both boxers are highly rated in South Africa.
Although this will be a lightweight fight, Ndongeni is the national super featherweight champion and unbeaten in 10 fights, with six of them having come within the distance.
Fourie has won 13 fights, with four losses.
He is the more experienced fighter and will be looking to show how good he is.
It is never easy for Gauteng fighters to compete in the Eastern Cape, as the crowd will cheer for the local boxer.
Fourie, however, has promised to not only win the fight, but the PBL as well.
