Tough weekend for Germiston FC
Olympia Italian Football Club proved too much for the Germiston City Football Club during their match-up this weekend.
Germiston City Football Club’s pre-season preparation continued with a friendly match against Olympia Italian Football Club, on Saturday.
The match formed part of the on-going friendly pre-season tournament hosted by Olympia.
Competing clubs include Olympia, Alberton FC, Bedfordview FC, Corinthians FC and Germiston FC.
Both of Saturday’s matches proved tough for Germiston FC, with the first team losing 5-0 to the host club and the second team recording a goalless draw.
The league season is set to kick-off in March.
