Germiston Simmer Rugby Club back in action

Training is every Tuesday and Thursday from 18:00 to 20:00.

Germiston Simmer Rugby Club is inviting players to join the club.

The club is back in action and they have started with their training sessions at the Germiston Stadium at the corner of Delville and Webber roads.

Training is every Tuesday and Thursday from 18:00 to 20:00.

Club chairperson Ryan Dennis said they are challenging for the SGC Trophy this year.

“We are ready to get back on the field.

“There are also exciting things happening in the club and we invite players to join us for a thrilling 2023,” said Dennis.

This Germiston club is one of the oldest in the area. The club was established in 1889 making it 133 years old.

The club had been placed top five in almost every appearance in the last 20 years and has been ranked in several trophies.
