Five of SA’s best take to the Carnival City stage

Get ready for a "moewiese" sing-along party.

Five of South Africa’s biggest and best-selling artists will take to the Carnival City stage on Saturday and Sunday, July 26 and 27.

Kurt Darren, Ray Dylan, Snotkop, Nicholis Louw and Heinz Winckler will be bringing their thumping Krone album to life in a “moewiese” sing-along party.

Due to the sell-out success of the Krone tour, in the Cape, in 2013, a capacity crowd is expected at the Big Top Arena.

The star-studded line-up includes the big five and other popular artists, like Monique, Elizma Theron, Liezel, Silwer en Goud, Manie Jackson, NRG, and Pierre Rossouw.

Krone is a music event that local music fans simply cannot afford to miss.

“Whatever your music taste might be, this event will strike a chord with you,” said Jaco Saaiman, entertainment manager at Carnival City.

“From ballades, country and feet-stamping sokkie music, to dance music and golden oldies, there is something for everyone.

“These are the ‘kings’ of SA music and they have promised an all-out party that people won’t soon forget.”

Krone, which was released in 2013, combines 112 hits into medleys – adding up to almost three hours of non-stop, party-hearty music.

The live show brings it altogether in an energetic three-hour show, that will leave party-goers breathless.

Saturday’s show will start at 7pm, and Sunday’s at 2pm.
